Rabih holds a degree in Electronics Engineering as well as an MBA. He pursued his studies as well as his professional career across Europe, the US and Asia. From the get go, his professional journey led him to various entrepreneurial activities both in Europe and the US before he moved into corporate roles and then Management Consulting. In the last decade or so prior to joining KIKO, Rabih was a Senior Partner and a member of the global leadership team of the Management and Technology Consultancy, BearingPoint, where he spearheaded innovation for the group and its clients as well as opening new markets and practices. He worked with a host of medium and large firms across countries and industries spanning Tech, Telecommunications, retail, luxury and cosmetics. He advised on strategy and executed transformations to re-invent business models, go-to-market, operations, and customer experience, always focusing on the cultural, ecosystem, tech, and people-centric dimensions. Rabih joined KIKO Milano in early 2022 to help the organization reach new heights.
