1. Spray the body mist from a distance of at least 13-15 cm. 2. Apply the product to the pulse points where the skin is warmest, especially on the wrists and neck. For a more intense effect, reapply throughout the day. 3. Do not rub the body mist into your skin in order to not to upset its balance, and instead let it air dry.
