For a much more accentuated and brighter look, apply a bit of highlighter powder to the lower eyebrow area and the inner corner of the eye. To apply it, spread using a blush or powder brush.

Be careful not to not to use too much product - as beautiful as a face highlighter can be, it can look too obvious if not blended properly.
