Earning points has never been so exciting! For every money spent you earn points depending on your location:
Moving to the next level is really quick, in fact to reach the second level and unlock more surprises you only need to collect 51 points ! Start right now!
To start with, your very fist level will be determined 30 days after your very first purchase. This will give you enough time to accumulate points and reach a higher level to unlock exciting rewards. Then a year after your anniversary date (set by the date of your first purchase) we will evaluate the number of points you've accumulated over the past year and, depending on the result, we'll move you to the corresponding level. There are 3 possible situations then:
You have maintained your level by collecting enough points, in which case you keep your rewards for another year.
Unfortunately, you have been unable to maintain your level and have been demoted to a lower level. In this case, you lose the benefits of your previous level but gain those of your new level for one year.
You have moved up to the next level and you unlocked new rewards
In the Loyalty Programme section of 'My Account' on kikocosmetics.com, you can view your current status and points balance. We also recommend adding your digital KIKO ME card to your mobile wallet for easy access.
The anniversary date of your programme is determined by the date of your first purchase. If your first purchase was made on the 20th March 2023, the anniversary date will be 20th March of each year. It is on this date that we will evaluate the number of points you have accumulated during the year and see if you can move up to a higher level.
You can only move up to the next level on your anniversary date, which is defined by the date of your first purchase. Only then do we take stock of the number of points collected over the past year and determine whether you are eligible for the next level.
You have plenty of time to redeem your rewards! Once unlocked, they're valid for 12 months (except the Birthday Gift, only valid 1 month). For example, if you reach a new level and unlock rewards on 25th November, you have until 24th November the following year to redeem them.
The benefits of your level are available for 12 months from your anniversary date, which is defined by the date of your very first purchase. After this period, different situations may arise:
You have maintained your level by collecting enough points, in which case you keep your rewards for another year.
Unfortunately, you have been unable to maintain your level and have been demoted to a lower level. In this case, you lose the benefits of your previous level but gain those of your new level for one year.
You have moved up to the next level and you unlocked new rewards
When you return products or services purchased in store or online, the points awarded for these items will be deducted from your points balance. If you return all the products of your first purchase, then you will no longer be eligible to the "Welcome Back" reward.
Your purchase may not reflect immediately in your points balance. First check that your order is listed within "My purchases" in the "My Account" area. If it is still not showing up in this list after 3 working days, please contact our Customer Help Center by clicking here.
Points are generally credited immediately after purchase, but delays may occur. In this case, please be patient and report any points not awarded to us within 3 days!
As soon as you create your account, you can benefit from VIP care, which will allow you to return products more easily.
After 365 days from subscription, the Tier is updated according to the current point balance. The point balance is then zeroed
