Simone Dominici has significant high-profile international experience in the fields of consumer products, luxury, beauty and retail, having worked for some of the major global groups in the sector over the past thirty years. Simone began his career at Unilever, reaching the position of Vice President of Business Unit Food Italy, and then became General Manager of Coin Department Store and subsequently Executive Vice President of Global Markets at Bottega Veneta, with responsibility for Europe, America and Asia. In 2018 he moved to Coty, firstly in Geneva and then in the Amsterdam office, where he strengthened the performance of the EMEA region as Executive Vice President, with responsibility for both the Consumer and Prestige Divisions, and also holding the role of Head of Global Revenue Management, accelerating sustainable value creation. Simone Dominici joined KIKO MILANO as CEO, with the objective of leading the company in a transformation process aimed at making KIKO the benchmark beauty brand in Europe and one of the major global players, by disseminating the Italian culture of beauty, leveraging our heritage and DNA.
