Cristina Casa began her professional career at L'Oréal, first in the Market Research Department of the Mass Market division and then in the area she was most interest in, marketing, where she occupied roles of increasing responsibility for brands in the selective perfumery channel, leading the Marketing and Communication plans. After ten years, she changed companies and went on to build the team that developed the launch strategy for CK Calvin Klein Beauty make-up and then, tackling a new sector, she took on the role of Global Marketing Director and then Sales Director of Damiani, a top Made in Italy High Jewellery brand. Thanks to this experience she acquired expertise on brand development strategies, product development processes, strategic communication planning, commercial strategies for retail and wholesale channels and the creation of new structures/teams. At KIKO MILANO, after two years as Global Marketing Manager for baselines and collections, she is now Head of Marketing for Growth Markets and Global Market Strategic Planning Manager, a role in which she leads Retail Marketing and Retail Training strategies and coordinates the process of aligning Strategies, Budgets and Forecasts with countries. Cristina Casa is also Marketing and Communication Director for Italy.
