Cristian Mazzoleni has vast international experience in the fields of consumer products, beauty, jewellery and retail, with strong specialisation in the management of fast-growing and expanding retail companies. He started his career at Procter&Gamble, in Italy and abroad, where he held several positions in finance supporting various business departments (Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Strategy), with responsibilities at national, European and global levels. He then joined Coty Beauty as Finance Vice-President for Product and Inventory Logistics and Planning and subsequently joined Pandora in 2019, where he worked initially as Chief Financial Officer EMEA and later as Global Senior Vice President Finance, with direct responsibility across all markets. Cristian Mazzoleni joined KIKO MILANO in May 2022 as Chief Financial Officer with the objective of leading a broad programme of global expansion and growth, supported by solid financial, structure and process foundations.
