Cecilia Schena, make-up enthusiast and passionate leader from Milan, has more than 20 years of experience in the Beauty industry leading Global Marketing, Communication and Product Innovation for Italian companies with a strong international presence. After graduating summa cum laude from Bocconi University she pursued her passion for beauty starting in 1998 in Product Development Marketing in Deborah Group where she created iconic products over 10 years becoming Marketing Director of Deborah brand. She then branched into Retail as Marketing & Communication Director of Bottega Verde, gaining significant experience from 2009 to 2016 in driving the brand across the different channels promoting the elevation of the product portfolio and brand equity. From 2016 to 2018, as Beauty Industry Director, she focused on hair care and men's care in Tenacta Group, managing the Bellissima and Imetec brands and launching Ducati by Imetec in the men's segment. From 2019 to 2023 she held the role of SVP Marketing, Business Development & Innovation in Chromavis Fareva, a world leading makeup creator and manufacturer successfully supporting company growth and product innovation, thanks to a deep understanding of global trends and local and consumer needs. She joined Kiko in June 2023 as Chief Marketing Officer where she is responsible for leading the Marketing team and supporting KIKO Milano in accelerating the transformation and innovation process, to help KIKO become an iconic brand internationally.
