Cares for People
KIKO Milano is committed to supporting people’s wellbeing.
We show this within our business through the protection and development of our people, and beyond it by creating shared value for our community. Within the business, we work to create a positive and respectful workplace where people are encouraged to express themselves freely and have access to equal opportunities, regardless of their ethnicity, culture, gender, age, beliefs, sexual orientation, nationality, religion and opinions.
KIKO Family
We have policies and guidelines which are strictly followed, including a Respect, Dignity and Fair Treatment Policy, a Code of Ethics, and Inclusive Mindset, our mandatory D&I module for all our employees, focused on promoting a culture where diversity of background, experience and perspectives is appreciated. Our employees’ development is also supported through our BeKIKO LEARNING HUB: a digital training center of excellence offering high-quality learning programs tailored to different roles and positions. Since 2022, more than 27,000 training hours have been undertaken globally.
KIKO Community
We engage with a number of non-profit organisations outside our business to support social outreach initiatives, particularly those helping eliminate inequality for women and allowing them to fulfil their potential. In Italy, this includes a partnership with the Umberto Veronesi Foundation, sponsoring scientific research and scholarships. We support women who are experiencing a vulnerable phase in their lives due to different circumstances such as domestic violence or illness. During this delicate period, we offer make-up courses to help them feel lighter and more confident. We also donate personal care products to women in need and to charities to help them regain a positive perception of themselves. In certain cases, we extend our support by offering webinars and individual consultations to help them with resume writing and interview preparation, facilitating their reintegration into the workforce.
